RUBAI: verb CHANGE
To undergo a change; to change; that which is a change.
Rubah, is a noun, "wak-rubah" is "time-change" for daylight savings time, or when travelling between time zones.
No root "ru" exists in modern vulcan (Vuhlkansu t'Golic), but these suggest that ru implies action or change.

TAPAN noun PROCESS
A series of actions.
Ta isn't a root in modern Vulcan, but resembles implying added efforts, masking, superficiality, excess, etc.
Tar (say, poetic: testimony), tar-tor (to say), taran (saying), tar'kiv (crown), tarul-etek (scaring someone, "audible-we"), tas'a (chaotic), tasadi (hoax), tasau (to leak, to let seep), tasaya (a leak), tash (a control), tashek (control device), tash-tor, tashsu, tath'eu (add, combine), tau (fever), tauf (a ridge), tauk (a cave), taul (a dive), taurau (to amaze), tauvolau (to incite), tav (rate).
KYA noun EXISTENCE
Ultimate abstraction of an object.
KYA is a root compound, as in Kya'Shin (teaching of thought over emotion). Shin is modified from Shi (place), in this case Shin means, one of the things of a place, or element of a location. Not as a noun meaning piece/part of a device. Shinlar would be a very generic term for hypothetical things, or "stuff" albeit oversimplified. Kyi'Shin is part of guided Kohlinar.
